Train your body like an athlete in this fun, dynamic circuit-based training class. Drive your cardio endurance, and keep your muscles loaded for strength training. Rotate through a number of constantly changing, challenging and engaging circuits utilizing a variety of equipment – dumbbells, resistance bands, Bosu ball, kettlebells, medicine balls, sandbags, agility ladder, TRX strap, benches and more. Focus on speed, balance, agility and power – moves can be modified to accommodate all fitness levels and ensure a complete, total body workout. Get motivated to finish strong and progress in your fitness goals!
Boot Camp is held on the basketball courts behind the studio when weather permits. If uncooperative weather, class will be held indoors.
