Join Megan for a discussion and hands-on exploration of rolling techniques.  We will use foam rollers, therapy balls and tennis balls to aid in myofascial release and muscle tightness.  Self-myofascial release can help support recovery, improve your movement practice and enhance performance.  If you have any rolling tools of your own, please bring them with you.
