This 90-minute special yoga session is a great addition to any running program. Learn a yoga sequence that will compliment your training, reduce your risk of injury and improve your performance. No yoga experience required, modifications will be offered. Limited space. SPECIAL donation-based class. All proceeds to support Colleen Nossavage’s team fundraising goal for this year’s Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure in June.
